Nandu Rasam /Crab Soup

Nandu Rasam / Crab Soup

Crabs are filled with loads of protein and less fat. They are high source of calcium too. Crab Rasam/ Nandu Soup are good to have to beat the flu and cough.  Some children might be fussy to eat crab but this soup bring in all nutrients and flavour and kids will love it too. In this recipe I have used only peppers and green chilly for spice. Pepper usage can be reduced according to your taste buds.  You can use the crab legs to keep this Crab soup/Nandu Rasam. Crab is heaty so it helps to develop body heat and dissolves the phlegm easily. Not only it’s a remedy for cold but also a very tasty and nutritious soup!
